  9. Magnetic Induction.
  10. Contact.
  11. Etc.
The spirit is your true self.
Therefore:
Beware of what you eat.
Beware of what you drink.
Beware of what you see.
Beware of what you smell.
Beware of what you hear.
Beware of what you think.
Beware of what you love.
Beware of what you stay close to.
Beware of what you touch, etc.

Avoid every form of video film on violence, rape, demons, horror, cultism, murder, masquerades, etc.
